Who We Are
Community & School Collaboration (C&SC) was created in 1998 in response to the growing need for assistance to families in our Orange County public schools. Since its beginning, C&SC has worked with thousands of children and their families - at a rate of about 144 families a year. Our Programs focus on children at risk and on prevention measures in the early years. Beginning with children as young as pre-school, we develop strong family involvement with the children and their schools, early language acquisition and immersion, literacy and early identification of behavioral problems.

  Goals
His interactions with the young people at the center were duly chronicled by a media contingent, but Obama's visit to the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where he met with wounded troops and their families, was off-limits.
